Jon Geisler

Jon Geisler has over 25 years of experience in the food industry. He has worked in every operational aspect of food processing and packaging: Manufacturing, Plant Engineering, Product & Process Engineering and Technical Services. Jon has worked at the senior executive level of mid-market food processing and packaging organizations since 1994. He has a passion for continuous improvement initiatives and strongly believes that investing in the development of your workforce and creating a work environment that supports their individual success will pay long-term dividends. Jon’s approach to lean implementations has proven effective in turnaround situations and in mature manufacturing environments.

Michael Hyche

Michael Hyche had an accomplished career as a senior operating executive for middle market food companies prior to forming a consulting practice in 2015. Mr. Hyche has engaged in a variety of situations and in multiple roles including operations, business development, and technical services leadership. Over the course of his career, he has spear-headed numerous value creation initiatives – capacity expansions and facility start-ups; new processing and packaging technology commercialization; and has led a variety of company turnarounds. He is a recognized thought leader in several industry consortia to advance the state of the art in food processing and manufacturing.

 

Alex Saal

Alex Saal started his career in consulting prior to spending three years at Charlesbank, a middle market private equity firm, where he focused on agriculture, distribution, and consumer product companies. After Charlesbank Alex worked in the finance department at QC Supply, an agricultural supply distributor based in Nebraska, eventually leading the finance team prior to joining Celerant in the summer of 2021.

Daniel Oldham

Prior to joining Celerant in 2023, Daniel worked at Soilworks Natural Capital, a growth equity firm, where he focused on investments in the regenerative agriculture industry. In addition, Daniel has a wide breadth of experience across many aspects of finance and investing, including M&A in the healthcare delivery industry, financial consulting at Ernst & Young, and financial leadership at a large Quick Service Restaurant franchisee.
